Q: What is this membership charge on my credit card?
A: The charge is for a membership services program. One of our distribution partners offered you an opportunity to purchase one of our many lifestyle or entertainment programs when you or someone in your household made a purchase of a product over the phone or via the Internet.

Q: When will my membership be cancelled?
A: Upon completion of the Cancellation Request Form on the homepage, your membership will be cancelled by the end of the next business day. No additional charges will occur and you may no longer access program benefits.

Q: Will my credit card be charged any additional amounts?
A: No. If you are cancelling your membership during the trial period, you will not be charged for the membership. If you are beyond the trial period and have been charged the monthly or annual membership fee, no future charges will be posted to your card account, once your cancellation has been processed, and you may no longer access program benefits.

Q: Will my membership fee be refunded?
A: If you have been charged a monthly membership fee, completion of the Cancellation Request Form on the homepage will cancel your membership and you will be refunded the most recent monthly membership charge, if you paid one.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
A: Your refund will be processed by us within one business day. However, depending on your credit card issuer, the refund may not show on your monthly statement for one to two billing cycles. By viewing your credit card account online, you will be able to see your refund faster, but allow some time for it to post. Depending on your bank, you may need to wait a bit until you can see your refund.

Q: I believe I am entitled to an additional refund. What is the process for requesting additional refunds?
A: Prior to receiving additional refunds, you must first complete and submit a Cancellation Request Form on the homepage. To do that, click here. Once your Cancellation Request Form is completed, follow the instructions shown on the Cancellation Confirmation Page.

Q: How can I check the status of my refund?
A: There is no need to check as your membership has been cancelled. However, if you like, you can check on the status of your refund by visiting www.memberstatus.com after two business days. You will need your member/subscriber ID in order to check on the status of your refund. Or, you may call us toll free 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday-Friday (CT) at 1-800-475-1942 to verify the status of your refund. Please allow one business day for our Customer Service systems to update.
